What makes a new home worth a look?
A new-build is ready to live in from day one, with modern insulation, up-to-date wiring and heating, and a structural warranty behind it. There is no chain above you and, on many plots, no immediate work to do. Some developments offer incentives to help with the move, though these change from scheme to scheme, so it is worth asking what is on the table for the plot you like. New-build, off-plan or shared ownership?
Some homes are finished and ready to move into; others are sold off-plan, reserved before they are built from the floor plans and show materials. Despite us arriving about 10 minutes late due to an emergency, he was incredibly understanding and kindly waited for us without any pressure. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He took the time to talk us through the next steps, introduced us to the right person for proceeding, and even walked with us while having a nice chat. We’d also like to thank Ethan, who clearly talked us through the next steps for proceeding, including filling out the forms. Overall, it was a very positive and smooth experience with genuinely lovely people. Highly recommended.

I had heard good things about Streets Ahead Estate Agents Lueer Addiscombe branch whilst living in the area. Now moved to E Sussex & needing to sell our dad's property, l thought would give them a go. I was not disappointed & Streets Ahead lived up to my expectations. Ricky mainly handled the complexities of this leasehold sale. Showing tact & sheer steel, along with Marina chasing up & dealing with all 3 solicitors with professionalism where at times communication fell into a black hole! Really grateful the team were there also following up actions. Their expertise that was beyond "just doing their job" shone through.
