Recently sold my flat in South Croydon – advertised via many of the local providers – Streets Ahead, Haart, Choices, Barnard Marcus. Streets Ahead were excellent – got dozens of viewers in, always checked times in advance and were there to host all viewings. They found two buyers – one fell through and the other purchased the flat. Choices were okay – nice people, found a few viewers. The absolute worst are Barnard Marcus – they almost sabotaged my sale by calling my buyer and telling him I was still looking to find a buyer for my flat, a month after I instructed them to take it off the market. They often don't turn up to viewings, and harass buyers with poor customer service. AVOID. Go for Streets Ahead – definitely the best agents in South Croydon.

Outstanding services. Highly professional and very good communication skills. I need make mention of George Barnes, whose exceptional customer skills help me get the house my family loved in East Croydon. From the beginning to the end of the negotiations he was excellent. He updated us constantly as soon as a decision was reached. Highly impressed with the services. In a whole Streets Ahead have wonderful Staff all over their Offices and are very helpful especially those at their Purly Way Office. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting an Estate agent.

Used Streets Ahead recently to try and find a place to rent. I was contacted by a guy called Jakub who did a great job keeping me up to date with potential viewings, he arranged everything and was very flexible with rearranging and cancellations and quick to respond. I didn't go for a property managed by Streets Ahead but honestly I was so impressed with the customer service I thought I'd leave a review anyway. The sales team who showed me around the properties were also nice and friendly, none of them were too pushy which was appreciated and they all seemed very genuine.
