Jandyr has been a marketing consultant/executive for the last few years, most notably in the ecommerce space. Whilst helping Streets Ahead scale the business, Jandyr continues to further develop his experience in marketing. Away from work, Jandyr visits the gym every other day, enjoys skipping and playing football every Thursday. Jandyr is a firm believer of the quote: “A formal education will make you a living. Self-education will make you a fortune”.

I would highly recommend Kai Seale from Streets Ahead Coulsdon. The clear communication throughout the purchasing process of our new property was excellent so everything went smoothly and to plan. Kai’s has great customer service and a professional approach to all aspects of the business. We were viewing numerous properties at the time and Kai made it easy as people buy from people and not just the product (although that helps). I will most certainly be using Streets Ahead in the future.

We found a great place to rent through them with minimal effort. Emma and Enzo were great to help us out in finding and securing the perfect home for us. They were quick in responding to all our queries and made sure that we were taken care of when they were out of office. Property management after renting, however, is quite slow which is handled by their other branch. It could be improved to make things and communication easier between the tenant and the landlord.
