Streets Ahead wins top honours at the UK estate agency ‘Oscars’ – The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year
Streets Ahead took three top honours in the UK property industry’s most prestigious awards programme, The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year.

At a glittering ceremony in the opulent setting of The Lancaster London Hotel opposite Hyde Park on December 4, the Streets Ahead team won Gold in the Customer Service category, Bronze in the Innovation category, and Bronze in the Training & Development category.
Land and New Homes Director Patrick Donnelly also beat hundreds of other entrants from around the country to be shortlisted for the Manager of the Year award.
The winners received their awards at the glittering event from International rugby star, Matt Dawson MBE. Renowned journalist, author and newsreader Penny Smith acted as compere.

The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year awards, now in their thirteenth year as a dedicated competition, are widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win. They attract entries from more than 6,000 estate agency offices around Britain.
The winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants. This included over 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and Gerry Fitzjohn, VP of The Property Ombudsman acted as Arbiter.
