Meet Michelle – our New Homes Sales Manager
Our New Homes Sales Manager Michelle Whittle is one of Streets Ahead’s most knowledgeable and trusted experts. She joins us this spring after five years working as senior sales advisor for Berkeley Homes at their prestigious Saffron Square development in Croydon.
Michelle’s position at Streets Ahead takes in everything from implementing fresh ideas and innovations to increasing sales. She aims to maintain collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with developers and house builders.
Michelle’s commitment to Streets Ahead knows no bounds! She even drafted her lovely little pet Chihuahua Louis into modelling for pictures for one of our latest new homes brochures!
We asked Michelle a few questions about her role at Streets Ahead:
1. How is the new homes market in Croydon at the moment?
Very Strong, with the Regeneration and Big Name Developers building here we are attracting Inner London Buyers
2. Any particular developments we should know about?
Mint Walk, a small Boutique Development of nine apartments in the heart of Croydon has got off to a great start with three reservations before any official launch. We registered this development on the Government’s Help-To-Buy-Scheme which has enabled three First Time Buyers to get on the ladder with beautiful new apartments. Check them out on the Streets Ahead website.
3. What can clients expect when they work with you?
Honesty and experience within New Homes, to advise you step-by-step on your investment, from beginning to end.
4. Do you live in Croydon?
I am originally from Bournemouth. I moved to London 10 Years ago and lived in Balham. When I started working at Saffron Square, I bought an apartment there for Investment and a flat to live in within the borough. I have now been living in Croydon for four Years.
5. How would you describe your own interior design style?
My style is very modern. Clean lines and contemporary colours.
6. What keeps you busy outside of work?
I have a pet dog, a Chihuahua named Louis. He is two years old and even he got in on the action for Saffron Square and modelled for the brochure!
