In 2018, we launched our premier landlord service, and to date this service has been an unprecedented success and is designed for landlords with three properties or more, with one of our premier landlords owning over 150.

The service is two steps up from fully managed service and is tailored to each individual landlord’s specifications and requirements. Our premier landlords are allocated a specific property manager, who they can actually speak to 24 hours a day, also with their tenant having the same facility.

The premier landlord service is designed to take away all the stress and give landlords with multiple properties 100% peace of mind that their portfolio is receiving a tailored first class service.

We mainly deal with Natalie and Cherelle and are very happy with the service provided by them and Streets Ahead.

Natalie and her team in Purley find the tenants, reference them ensure they have the right to rent here. They organise the tenancy agreements to be drawn up and deposits collected and put in the necessary deposit account that meets legal requirements. It is then passed over to Cherelle and the Management Team in Addiscombe for the management of the block. They then organise check in and check out reports and Cherelle manages the properties and the tenants.

We have been very happy with the service they have provided. Even with the current lock down they have managed to organise new tenants for two of our flats one changed hands in June and the other will change hands shortly, and in the last two years we have not had any empty periods. The Accounts team and Cherelle ensure the rent is paid and passed onto ourselves and we have an arrangement whereby I receive a monthly statement for payments on each flat separately to assist with the accounting of the rent received. The quality of tenants to date has been excellent and the service works very well for us.

If the tenants have a problem they report it to Streets Ahead who then contact us so that we can arrange to send in our tradesman, but if it suited us better Streets Ahead would send their own contractors and deduct the cost from the rent received. Their management charges are deducted from the monthly invoices.
