The Sunday Times and The Times awards are extremely important to us, because we are judged against the best estate agents in the United Kingdom by a panel of judges made up of the industry’s top experts and headed by the Property Ombudsman. The judging system is rigorous in its process with submissions, interviews and mystery shopping.

Since 2010 we have won 29 national awards, this has given our customers across every part of our business the confidence that no stone will be left unturned from customer service to systems and processes. For 3 years running we have won gold in the Best Customer Service award and this all stems from our culture and providing the best training and development for which we have also been recognised for in our industry.

Our awards reflect not just the sale or letting of a property but our integral part in the community, our innovation, marketing and the lead that we have taken in New Homes. Winning these awards has enabled us to attract the best staff, retain the best staff and offer the best service, however each year we are constantly looking at ways of improving and getting better and better and we look forward to continuing to be the best estate agent in the areas we operate in.
2015 lettings we were thrilled to pick up this award again as arguably the gold for Best Customer Service award is the most converted in our industry. We work so hard in our training and development of the staff to provide all of our customers first class customer service and to win gold again was an unbelievable recognition.

Sales customer service – Whether you are a seller/buyer or simply looking to buy a home, we know and understand that this is an exciting and sometimes stressful time and we put enormous emphasis on all of our staff to provide the best customer service 7 days a week, 365 days a year so we were thrilled to win this award in and we are looking forward to providing even better customer service in 2016/2017.

Best Small – This award is extremely important because it recognises every aspect of our company from the initial phone call to that momentous day where you pick up the keys to your new home. Both Bob, Gary and all of the staff at every stage endeavour try to exceed all of customers’ expectations and that is why over 93% of our customers would recommend us to family or friends.

Property Management silver 2015 – This is the second time that we have entered this category and all the staff and in particular the property management team were over the moon to pick up this award and be recognised. Some would argue that this is one of the hardest jobs in agency and it is essential to have first class systems and processes in place to provide landlords and tenants and all eventualities with superb service.
